Vision Board Kit - Dream Home!

Hi everyone! Carisa with you today and I'm excited to show you this great new Vision Board Kit by Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft®.  I think it's such a great idea to plan out or see our goals and what better way than to get artistic with it while we do. One of my favorite parts of this kit is that it doesn't have to be permanent. The pins included in the kit are meant to move around, change out as your goals change or even add to it as you go. One of my dreams right now is to finally buy a house and I decided to use this kit to remind me of the things we are looking for in our dream home. I'd love to show you how it came together.

I love the linen texture panel that covers the foam that will hold all our board together.  It's the perfect neutral color to provide a background for everything we're putting on top to keep track of our goal making. I wanted to use mostly what was in the kit today to show you just how well it stands on it's own but believe me, I'm going to be adding some gesso and Gelatos® Colors when I am ready to switch this out.

You also get 6 beautiful GRIP® Color Markers in the kit which are so great for writing and adding color to images like I did with this house I stamped on one of the 4 Lists you get in the kit. The fiber tip of the marker has a high resistance to pressure so you could definitely do some beautiful lettering with these as well. I kept it simple by adding some color to my image as well as using it to write out my wish list for my dream house.

I absolutely adore the glitter foam hashtag that comes in the kit. I mean, seriously!? Right?! I had to use that #home #dreamhome #itwillhappenoneday hehe I couldn't resist. So cute. One of my favorite things about this kit is that you can use it over and over. You get so many card stock paper pieces that are perfect for whatever it is in life you are pursuing. I take value in writing out goals. Last year, I wrote out a goal I had for my blogging and put it on a simple sticky note on my desk. I can tell you that by June of last year, that dream had come true and so many more just because one day, I wrote it down. I think adding the creativity that makes me tick as well as so many of you will only make this process even more enjoyable. I encourage you to add photos or personal touches as well to truly make it your own!

I filmed my process for you today and hope you will enjoy watching it below:

I'd love to hear how you would use this kit in the comments below. Are you also saving up to buy a home or maybe you have a dream wedding to play or maybe baby fever?! Whatever it is, share it, write it down and go for it!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
