Cool Lettering Technique with Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pens

Hi guys!

I'm back to show you a super easy way to blend together your Pitt Artist pens. All you'll need is a sandwich bag and some smooth paper.

Here I have deep scarlet red 219 and cadmium yellow 107, then I added in cold grey 230 for some shadowing.

Start by scribbling one color onto the sandwich bag, then using the second pen, pick up the first color by coloring over it on the bag. Write your letters and go back to the bag for more color as much as you'd like!

That's it! Super simple. Feel free to play around with different color combinations to find your favorite one!

Chelsea has a not-so-slight obsession with all things lettering. Watching lettering videos is what got her started, and now you can usually find her posting videos using every art supply she can get her hands on! From brush pens to watercolors, and everything in between.
