Taking Flight!
Watercolor Pond Card with Gelatos from Tricia Morris at Club Scrap

Hi!  I'm Jennifer Matott and I'm here to introduce myself as another design team member for Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft. I was thrilled to find out that I was going to be representing an art supply hero of mine!  I've loved Faber-Castell products since I was a kid!  It's a dream to be on this team!

There is no medium I won't try. As a high school art teacher for 12 years, I have learned a lot from my students, just as I hope they have learned from me over the years. My students have made me loosen up and just enjoy the process more. I live in upstate New York with my husband and 2 boys. They keep me very busy and my kids really enjoy making art right along side of me.

Here is a little peek at a banner that I made using the Design Memory Craft blue and green lines.

canvas; Blue Aquarelle Watercolor pencils; stick: and inkjet image transfer

cardboard, sheet music, inkjet transfer; Gelatos (blue, metallic green, and white),sequin waste as a stencil

As you can see, I'm a big fan of drips, dots, and a little grunge art. If it's messy, I'm all for it!!!  I hope you liked my little peek at my birdie banner. I'll be back later with some more fun art using the delicious Faber-Castell lines!
