Tutorial with Gesso, Gelatos and Punchinella
Designing with Gelatos Kit

Mixed Media Tag with Gelatos® and more

Hello, Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft fans! Meihsia here to share a mixed media project using Gelatos®,
Stamper's Big Brush Pens and Gesso. I've enjoyed creating using Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft products
so much and hope you will try them and enjoy them, too. Here are some steps to show
you how I made this tag.
This is a 6" X 2.75" watercolor paper tag. I apply the Yellow Gelatos on the craft
sheet and spary water to mix it. Press the tag face down on to the Gelatos mixture.

After drying the tag with the heat tool, I apply Black Gelatos on the stamp, spritz
with water and stamp it on the tag.

Dry the tag then apply a thin layer of Gesso to make the stamped background softer.

Apply White Gelatos on a piece of kraft resist paper (4" X 2.25") and use wet brush
to blend the color.

Cover 3 pieces of triangle chipboard banner using Gesso and color them with
3 shades of Blue Gelatos.

Add some interest on the banner using Stamper's Big White Pen and sequin waste.
After assembling all these elements and adding more embellishments I dab
some Gesso randomly as final touch.

Here is the finished tag.
And some close up photos.

I hope you like my creation and get a chance to try these interesting techniques
and awesome products. Have fun!
