This blog hop will end at 12am EST on November 22nd. Winners will be announced on the companies’ blogs on November 23rd.

Now, on to my little project that I made using Xyron and Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft products!  I was sent these lovely adhesive dispensers from Xyron and couldn't wait to try them out!

Here's what I made:

Card - 13

Card - 14

I created some papers with canvas paper, mixed media papers and some of our Mixed Media Stencils.  Here's how:

Card - 4Starting with Gelatos® colors in Banana, Margarita Mix, Iced Pear, Metallic Melon and Cinnamon, I added water to create drips and blending on the canvas paper and mixed media papers.

Card - 5I took one of the Mixed Media Stencils and Gelatos® color in Iced Coffee and a foam applicator and rubbed the color over the stencil for a soft design.

Card - 7

Next, I took the papers and added some stamped images with a Stamper's Big Brush Pen and Textural Accents in Whipped Spackle, Texture Luxe, and Glass Bead Glitter Gel.  The papers got cut into 1"- 2" pieces and I arranged them to overlap on the front of a card.

Card - 15

For most of the pieces, I used the Xyron Mega Runner to apply adhesive.

Card - 12

For the more delicate pieces, I used the Xyron Sticker Maker to get adhesive to easily rub onto the back.

Card - 11

A feather was painted with Texture Luxe in Gold and a Texture Gems in Gold for a pretty embellishment to the card.

Card - 9

It was added to the card with the Mega Runner and some staples.

Card - 16

Finally, I added a stamped sentiment outside and  inside with a few Stamper's Big Brush Pens to finish it off.

Card - 18

Card - 20

Xyron adhesives made this super easy to put together fast!  I loved working with them and Faber-Castell Products to create a sweet card for a friend!

A note from designer Mou Saha...

Ladies, I am just blown away by each one of you and your creativity. This was the hardest pick of all Take the Challenge winners so far. And now, drumrolls please for the winner of November 2015 Take the Challenge with Mou...

It is Joi@RR... It is breathtaking how she combined mixed media supplies with natural elements along with a special photo!

Please check out Joi's entry here:

And this is her comment:

Ok so this is a strange comment Mou but... my favorite part of your "thankful" creation is that the splatters on the banners are such a lovely red and that they do not match the splatters on the background!!! But the color combination alone is enough to make it a hit with me.

Here is mine:

And hoping that it's ok to say... I am "thankful" to you for being such an inspiration to me this past year. It's my one year blogger anniversary so I am very thankful for folks like you who have given me tutorials and creative ideas to keep me inspired. Hugs. j.

Wow, I love how you used so many different items to create texture and interest, especially coloring the feather and putting that on! It is easy to see how Faber Castell and Xyron are a match made in heaven for creating beautiful pieces of art. Thanks for all the inspiration!

Love the fleur de lis. I'm across the river from St. Louis, MO, which uses the fleur de lis as a design for the city.
So many fascinating elements to your project.

Wow, this is awesome! I always love Jen's style even though she always does different things. Love the idea of testing ideas and products and playing and finding common ideas or colors and arranging the pieces. Really love this. Thanks for sharing.
