Alternative ideas for wrapping presents with Rita

Hey there creatives, Rita Barakat here today! Holidays are just around the corner and I don't know about you but there have been times when I needed to wrap a present  quickly and didn't have any wrapping paper. So what's a girl to do? Pull out my supplies of course!  Today I grabbed a gift box, my Paper Crafter Crayons and my Clover mini iron.

Heat up your mini iron, pick your colors and roll them up a bit. Melt the paper crafter crayons by placing them on the iron. Spread the melted crayons on the box, melt a little more and repeat until the box is covered.

My box already had  a shiny coating on it but any box will do - make sure not to keep the mini iron still in one place, so it doesn't burn the box. I used red, magenta and silver.

Once the box is covered take the tip of your mini iron and draw your design - use a paper towel to wipe off the color as you go. If you make a mistake smooth it over the paper crafter crayons and start again. Easy to customize to any design and even add a personal message! And if you haven't used the Paper Crafter Crayons these are not your kids crayons - when it's dry (and it dries quickly) it is solid! You will love them!

Blessings,
Rita
