Hi, it's Laura Bray! Today I want to show you how to take your hand-lettering and drawings to the next level by creating drop-shadows and shading. Without shading, your projects will look good, but if you take the time to add a little shading, I promise your work will POP! off the page.

I used the lettering and illustration I demonstrated to make a gift tag, but you can use these design ideas for so many projects such as art journaling, framed artwork, and place cards. I hope you will give it try!
