My name is Nicole, and I am a habit tracker addict!

One of my favorite parts of bullet journaling is tracking, so Faber-Castell USA and I are bringing you a list of ideas! Color coded, of course... because look at those stunning pitt artist pen colors!

Planners enjoy tracking for accountability and productivity... to keep up with a good habit, or even stop a bad one... to get serious about life, or to slow down a little and make time for fun and self care.

I've broken these ideas into 8 categories: self care, hobby, work/school, health/fitness, home/chores, finances, family/friends, and a few others...

Remember that these can be personalized with whatever habits fit your lifestyle. While self-improvement can be wonderful, try not to set unrealistic or outlandish goals for yourself based on other people's expectations. If you are someone who has just started to lose weight, tracking your steps could be a great starting point. If you are someone who is anxious, tracking your moods could be a great first step. If you are a workaholic, try to see if you can set 15 minute breaks a few times a day. If you are an artist or writer lacking inspiration, try to find a new way to be creative.

I've created 3 pages of habit tracking templates for you! Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly! Get them HERE

Happy tracking - keep creating!
