How to Use Highlighters in Your Journal!

Well, hello again! Did you know that Faber-Castell makes a fabulous set of pastel textliners? Not only are they adorable, but the colors are fantastic! I was lucky enough to try them out, and I have to say, there is more than meets the eye!

Normally, when faced with a highlighter, you think of it's main purpose... BUT it doesn't have to limited! Think of these as a new type of marker.

For drawing, I like to create color blocks and illustrate over top of them. This creates such a unique and modern look.

For my journal, I like to use these to separate lines or even create a big block of color to write on top of - think of it as a sticky note that you draw yourself!

Lastly, I really enjoy using these for color coding. Whether it be for mood tracking, or differentiating tasks, these textlines are the perfect fit!

I've created a few digital color block boxes for you to use in your journals! You can download Here!
